Are you ready to empower and promote positive food and body relationships for your kids?
Parents are the biggest contributors to kids forming these life-long relationships. What your children learn within the home sets the stage for the longest relationship they will ever have in their life: the one with their bodies. But in many instances, parents have no idea where to start, what to do or they struggle themselves with their relationship with food and their body image.
You are so not alone in this journey.
Unsure how to promote a positive body image within the home when you yourself struggle with yours.
Hesitant in supporting positive food and body environments at the doctor's office, with critical family members and at school.
Confused about how to feed your child in a flexible manner that includes all foods with no food rules or limits.
Not sure how to foster a positive life-long relationship with movement for your child
Interested in a feeding approach that will work for the entire family, be "less work" to manage and result in enjoyable meal times.
Wanting to prevent
of a dysfunctional relationship with food and your body from happening to them.

First check with your insurance company as many plans do cover Registered Dietitians. Ask as well if group programs are included in this coverage amount. If so in most circumstances I can direct bill for you. But there are a couple companies that do not let me direct bill. In this case you will have to submit directly to them.
You have six weeks to access the course material. There is a suggested outline that may be helpful for you. But you can decide the pace that works best for you.
Each module contains various videos, downloadable resources and reflection questions. It is likely between 1-2 hours of work per week over the six weeks. Most of the homework is either reflection based or planned activities you can organize to do with your family at a later time.
Raising and fostering an intuitive eater can really be done at any age. But it is best to apply these strategies between the ages of 1-12 years old. In this timeframe, parents generally have the most influence of the day-to-day happenings and can make modifications to the “normal flow.”
The format of these meetings will be live Q&A. These sessions will be recorded and shared with you to review on your own time. You may ask questions during the call or submit ones in advanced via email. There are no expectations that you must contribute to the conversation and can just listen in. You may also remain anonymous by modifying your name on the video call and turning your camera off. The live sessions are to give you additional information, support, space to share your lived experience and answer any questions you may have.
