Shifting the classroom feeding dynamics with Kate Winn

In this week’s podcast I had the privilege to interview a local primary school teacher Kate Winn. She has made some big shifts in the classroom to support her students autonomy with food and provide a supportive culture around food. Some small but impactful tweaks to change the classroom feeding dynamics.

I heard about Kate’s new approach to food within her kindergarten classroom from a mother whose child is in Kate’s class this year.  This mom was ecstatic to hear about Kate’s approach this school year. I was intrigued to learn more about her classroom feeding dynamics and wanted to hear her story.
