Are you ready to empower and promote positive food and body relationships for your kids?
Parents are the biggest contributors to the life-long relationships their kids form with food and their bodies. What your children learn within the home sets the stage for the longest relationship they will ever have: the one with their bodies. But in many instances, parents have no idea where to start or what to do. They may struggle themselves with their relationship with food and body image, which impairs their ability to peacefully nourish themselves and their kids.
You are so not alone in this journey.
Unsure how to promote a positive body image within the home when you yourself struggle with yours.
Hesitant about how to support positive food and body environments at the doctor's office, at school and with critical family members.
Confused about how to feed your child in a flexible manner that includes all foods with no food rules or limits.
Not sure how to foster a positive life-long relationship with movement for your child.
Interested in a feeding approach that will work for the entire family, be "less work" to manage and result in more enjoyable meal times.
Wanting to prevent your dysfunctional relationship history with food and your body from affecting your child.

Most of the homework consists of reflection-based prompts or planned activities you can organize to do with your family according to your schedule.
You can turn your focus to raising and fostering an intuitive eater at any age. But it is best to apply these strategies to children between the ages of 1-12 years. In this timeframe, parents generally have the most influence over the day-to-day happenings and can make modifications to the family’s food culture.
