Body positive kids + parents

Nurture your child's long-term relationships with food and body without the influence of diet culture

a  how -to  course

Body Positive Parenting:

Are you ready to empower and promote positive food and body relationships for your kids?

Parents are the biggest contributors to the life-long relationships their kids form with food and their bodies. What your children learn within the home sets the stage for the longest relationship they will ever have: the one with their bodies. But in many instances, parents have no idea where to start or what to do. They may struggle themselves with their relationship with food and body image, which impairs their ability to peacefully nourish themselves and their kids.

You are so not alone in this journey.
