Meal  Prepping  Workshops

I know how challenging it can be to meal plan, grocery shop, prep, cook and clean up. Feeding yourself is a task we do at minimum 2000 times a year!

Let's intentionally block out some time to meal plan and batch cook effectively. Come socialize amongst others while also getting your week set with meals. Have a Registered Dietitian support you in devising more balance and satisfaction in your food story.

You will leave feeling organized, accomplished and ready for the next week. So you are able to get to the more important things in life.

Are you needing some help + inspiration with your meals?
