Therapy Services

A space to feel seen, supported, and gently understood

Our therapy services are here to support you in going deeper.
To explore your relationship with food, your body, and yourself in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and sustainable.

This is not a space for fixing.
It’s a space for understanding.

In person at 1407 Elm Tree Road LINDSAY, ON
Virtually across Ontario

Rae is a therapist who brings both professional training and lived experience into her work, offering a deeply compassionate and grounded space for healing.

She supports adults (18+) navigating:

  • Eating disorders and disordered eating
  • Chronic dieting and body image concerns
  • Anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout
  • Identity exploration and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming care

Her approach is rooted in a non-diet, body-inclusive lens, meaning your worth is never tied to your body size, food choices, or ability to “get it right.”

Her Therapy Approach

Rae’s work is integrative, meaning she draws from multiple approaches to support you as a whole person.

Her approach includes:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): Exploring the different “parts” of you with curiosity and care
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy: Helping you understand, process, and move through emotions
  • Psychodynamic Therapy:  Gently connecting past experiences to present patterns
  • Person-Centred + Relational Approaches:  Grounded in trust, collaboration, and respect
  • Compassion-Based Work: Building a kinder, more supportive inner dialogue

Together, this work helps create more connection within yourself—and more ease in how you move through life.
