Easter No- Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups

This Easter recipe is perfect for getting your little ones involved. No baking, incredibly delicious, and let their imagination run wild for decorating!

Easter time has arrived once again, and what better treat to create with your kids than these No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups! These oreo crumbs give the perfect appearance of dirt so hop to the dollar store and shop for what your little ones feel are right for decoration. Peeps, gummy worms, mini eggs, the possibilities are endless! This simple recipe is so delicious but also fun to make. Try crushing the cookies yourself instead of store bought crumbs, hand whisking your cream cheese, and getting creative with the layers for fun patterns. Let’s dive in and have an eggs-cellent time!

Easter No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

Makes approximately 6 servings.

For the base:

1 cup oreo crumbs, plus extra for optional topping (use regular or Gluten Free Oreo cookies)

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

8 oz plain cream cheese

1 cup heavy cream or atleast 2% greek yogurt 

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup honey or white sugar

Pinch salt

Easter candies, for topping

Easter No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Cups

Directions

  • In a small bowl mix melted butter and Oreo crumbs until combined. Divide into cups and very lightly press with a spoon to create an even layer.
  • In a large bowl using an electric mixer or a whisk, combine cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold heavy cream into cream cheese mixture. Divide filling evenly into cups or mason jars. Top with extra Oreo crumbs if desired. 
  • Decorate with your favourite treats! Best refrigerated for atleast 1-3 hours before serving if you can wait. If not, enjoy!
